Even if we weren't all losing our marbles à la Pierre McGuire as the New York Rangers opted to select Dylan McIlrath with their 10th overall pick, Cam Fowler's drop from his projected Top 5 slot was slightly disconcerting, especially for those of us who trust NHL scout rankings to make us sound smart.
